BOOKING POLICY
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. No deposit = no booking.
RESCHEDULING
Reschedules are allowed within 48 hours notice. Additional reschedules incur a fee.
CLIENT RESPONSIBLITES
Clients must arrive on time and have the location, outfits, props or products ready.
Delays caused by the client eat into their booked time.
EXTRAS
Any extras not agreed in pre-production will be charged.
Examples:
- Extra shoot time
- Location changes
- Talent, Props, Gear additons
- Additional delivery assets
TURNAROUND
Standard turnaround time is 7-14 days.
Rush edits are available at an additional cost.
REVISIONS
2 rounds of revisions per booking.
Additional rounds of revisions will be charged at £50 per round.
Each revision will be sent with a watermark until final delivery.
FULL PAYMENT TERMS
Remaining balance due before final delivery of assets.
Late payment = late delivery. No exceptions.
DELIVERY FORMAT
Final content delivered via Dropbox. Files must be downloaded within 7 days.
Raw files are not included - they're available for £100+ depending on scope of the project.
